Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the RevuMate platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and RevuMate Ltd, 23 Layburn Court, Town Street, IP27 5TJ, United Kingdom.

2. Description of Service

RevuMate provides an automated review invitation platform that helps businesses request genuine customer reviews on Trustpilot. The Service includes automated email delivery, dashboard analytics, and review performance tracking.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or your business. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

4. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with Trustpilot's guidelines. You must not:

  • Upload fake, purchased, or incentivised reviews
  • Send review invitations to individuals who have not had a genuine transaction with your business
  • Use the Service to harass, spam, or mislead recipients
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or resell the Service
  • Upload customer data obtained unlawfully or without proper consent

6. Subscription & Billing

The Service is provided on a subscription basis. Fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as set out in our 30-day money-back guarantee below.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' written notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

7. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the Service for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase. To request a refund, contact us at hello@revumate.com. Refund requests after 30 days will not be accepted.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and technology comprising the Service is owned by RevuMate Ltd or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your internal business purposes. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

9. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any specific number of reviews will be obtained. Review outcomes depend on your customers' choices and Trustpilot's policies.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RevuMate Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately if you breach these Terms or engage in any conduct harmful to our platform or other users.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by a prominent notice on our website at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
