Why we built RevuMate
We spent years working with small and medium-sized businesses across the UK and kept hearing the same frustration: owners knew their customers were happy, but that happiness rarely made it onto Trustpilot. A five-star experience would come and go, and the review that could have brought in the next ten customers simply never got written.
Asking for reviews manually is awkward, easy to forget, and hard to do consistently when you're busy running a business. So we built a system that does it for you — sending the right message, to the right customer, at the right moment, every single time.
