Refund Policy

1. Overview

RevuMate provides software services that help businesses automate review invitation campaigns and manage customer feedback. This policy explains how refunds work for our subscription plans.

2. Subscription Fees

Subscription fees are billed in advance according to your selected billing cycle (monthly or annual).

3. Our 30-Day Guarantee

You may request a full refund of your initial purchase at any time within 30 days of that purchase, for any reason — no questions asked. To request a refund, contact us at hello@revumate.com with your account email or order reference.

• The 30-day window runs from the date of your initial purchase, not from each subsequent renewal.
• Refund requests submitted after 30 days from the initial purchase are not covered by this guarantee, though we're always happy to discuss your situation.

4. Exceptions

The 30-day guarantee does not apply where:

• The account was suspended or terminated for violating our Terms of Service (e.g. uploading fake or incentivised reviews).
• The refund request relates to a renewal charge outside the original 30-day window — in that case, cancel before your next renewal to avoid future charges (see Section 5).
• The charge is a duplicate or billing error — these are refunded in full regardless of timing, as soon as we can verify them.

5. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges. Cancelling stops the next billing cycle but does not, by itself, refund charges already made outside the 30-day guarantee window.

6. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
